New Products in the store and a new class!

Hi guys - we have had a few new products show up on our doorstep over the last couple days!!


First are some sweet Disney papers from EK Success. Disney Princesses and Disney Family!
Disney Princess papers include Ariel, Rapunzel and Tiana! All with glitter and sparkle! The Disney Family papers are all your favorites - Mickey - Minnie - Donald - Pluto - and all glittery as well!!

We have also received another shipment of Trinity Paper Arts Papers. This is a brand new company and their papers are absolutely beautiful! The first line we got in was a very colorful Sports line called Making The Team. This next line is a gorgeous burgundy and black line called Sincerely! We are on the lookout for the third line from them called Sun and Surf. You gotta come check these lines out - I think they will quickly become a new favorite!

The last photo I am sharing is a sneak peek of an upcoming class in June that I think you will LOVE!!! It is a card class and we will learn how to take ordinary punches and turn them into something EXTRAORDINARY!!! Wait til you see this little Hippo in person!

Winning Announcements!!!!

Hello everyone - as we are well into May and past National Scrapbook Day I have some winning announcements to make!!

First announcement is the winner of our April Creative Contest. The product to use for April was Baker's Twine. We had a couple of entries - all of which were beautiful, but as you all know, we can only have one winner. By popular vote from Customers our winner is Vikki Scroggins with this beautiful layout of her grandaughters!!! Vikki stamped the flowers and then used different colors of twine to outline the flowers!!! Vikki has won a $10 gift certificate to our Store!

The second announcement this morning is the winner of the $50 Gift Certificate to The Paper Trail that we were giving away in honor of National Scrapbook Day.

Lindsey Alan!!!!! Lindsey was a first time customer to our store and just happened upon us on Saturday!! Congratulations Lindsey!!


Both of our winners just need to stop by the store to claim their prizes!!!


Don't forget, our May contest involves Stickles glitter glue!! It can be a card, or a layout, or really any papercrafting project you would like to submit!

I hope to see our display table FILLED UP with all that glittery goodness this month! Deadline to submit your project is Saturday June 2nd. Voting will take place the following week and a winner will be announced on Tues, June 12!

Fancy Folds Card examples

Hi everyone, I have had some questions about what the cards for this class will look like. My instructor is diligently working on her cards as we speak, so in the meantime, I decided to browse the internet and find samples of each of these card types for you. You will make a total of 4 cards in the class. I have 3 examples here. You will make 2 different styles of Easel Cards in the class.

Mother's Day Tray Class

Class will be held next Friday night - May 4th from 5:30-8:30pm. We only have 5 slots available so please make sure you get signed up soon!!! We will be using the beautiful "Ambrosia" line from Bo Bunny to create this tray. If you want to see a photo of the exact tray we will be doing please email me at create@leaveapapertrail.com so that I can send you the photo. I am not putting it up on the site, just in case your mom may be looking and we don't want to spoil any surprises!!!!!!! ;)

Baby Mini Albums - class for May

Just a little sneak peak of an upcoming May class that you just may want to make plans for!!! We will also have kits available for sale in the store (online and in store) soon. The beauty of this album is that you can create it in ANY theme you want and it looks just as beautiful and is very simple (especially since I do most of the work ahead of time for you!!!!!!!)

Mother's Day/Feminine Birthday Cards

These are the samples of the Birthday/Mother's Day cards we will be doing next week. We will be creating 3-4 cards for you to use for Birthdays and Mother's Day. We will be creating our own flowers for the cards and glitter will be used, so be prepared to sparkle all day!!!!! We will also be stamping and hand sewing on our cards! Also - don't forget - today is the last day to sign up for Beth's card class that we are holding tomorrow evening - 6-8pm here at the store.

Card Class with Beth

Hi everyone, just wanted to share this awesome class with you and let you know that we still have openings for it if you would like to sign up. Please remember we need at least 2 days notice so that our instructor can prepare properly!

This is a fun food themed class and because it is from Technique Tuesday and Beth - you KNOW you will have tons of goodies left over and you will have TONS of fun! This is one of the last few classes we have left with Beth since she is moving this summer ( bummer :( ) so make sure you attend and show her your love and support!!!!!
